Delivery & Assembly
How does delivery work?
We deliver to your home across Egypt. Our team brings your order to your door and assembles it. Open the package and check your order before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery only. You do not pay anything online. You pay the courier in cash after you have checked your order.
How long does delivery take?
Greater Cairo and Giza: 2–4 business days. Alexandria and the North Coast: 3–5 business days. Red Sea, Delta and Upper Egypt: 5–7 business days. See the delivery page for rates.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders of 20,000 EGP or more. Below that, delivery costs 250 EGP in Greater Cairo and Giza, 350 EGP in Alexandria and the North Coast, and 450 EGP elsewhere.
Returns & Warranty
How does the 30-day home trial work?
You can keep the piece in your home for up to 30 days. If it does not suit your space, contact us to arrange a free disassembly and pickup.
Can I refuse delivery at the door?
Yes. If your order is not what you expected when you inspect it, you can refuse it on the spot. There is no penalty and no restocking fee.
What warranty do products have?
Products carry a 1–3 year warranty, depending on the product. Spare parts can be requested after the warranty ends.
Sizes & Materials
How do I know it will fit?
Every product page lists its dimensions. Measure your wall and doorways with our measuring guide, or send us your room size on WhatsApp.
What are the products made of?
Each product page lists its materials. Most pieces use engineered wood with a scratch-resistant finish. Selected products use oak veneer, beech wood, steel, foam and fabric.
Can I order a custom size or design?
Yes. Send us your room size and what you need, and we will send you a free 2D and 3D layout. Message us on WhatsApp.
