- We Disassemble It: Our team inspects the piece and disassembles it at your home.
- Refund or Exchange: Exchange credit or a cash refund once the return is checked.
Return Eligibility Criteria
- Pieces must be in good original condition, without intentional damage, deep structural scratches, or heavy spills.
- Custom-made pieces have their own return terms.
- Decor and small accessories must include all parts and the original box.
- If you refuse your order at the door after inspecting it, you pay nothing: no return or restocking charge.
