Guidelines governing your use of our storefront, purchase of furniture, doorstep inspection, and warranty protections.
1. General Agreement & Acceptance
By placing an order on MEDX, you enter into a binding agreement governed by Egyptian consumer protection regulations. All orders are fulfilled based on piece availability and confirmed delivery schedules.
Orders may be canceled at any point prior to final truck loading and departure without charge.
2. Pricing, Currency & Invoicing
All prices on the MEDX storefront are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Listed prices are transparent and inclusive of all applicable standard taxes.
Shipping and assembly fees (if any for smaller orders) are calculated clearly at checkout prior to order submission.
3. Doorstep Inspection & Acceptance
All pieces are delivered on a Cash Upon Delivery basis with full doorstep inspection. Customers have the right to unbox, physically examine, and verify the quality and room fit of their furniture prior to payment.
If any piece arrives with manufacturing flaws or fails to meet your expectations, you may refuse it at the door with zero financial liability.
4. 30-Day Home Trial & Structural Warranty
MEDX offers a 30-day home trial for all standard catalog pieces. Live with your furniture in your own space; if it doesn't work for your home, request a hassle-free exchange or refund.
All hardwood frames and core joinery are backed by our multi-year structural integrity guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, joinery methods, product imagery, brand trademarks, and digital content are the exclusive intellectual property of MEDX. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited.
